The shotgun stock looks like handling is going to be as bad as it is ugly. The AR accessories look good though.

Anyone seen the "scout light mount" for the MOE handguard?

Ditto on the street howitzer stock.  Why would you need to change that anyway?  It's an axe, not a precision rifle.

I used to think that way...until I was getting barely qualifying scores for shotgun qualification.  A shooter should be able to shoulder their shotgun, their shoulder in natural position (no hunching your shoulder up or head down), a good cheek weld with the stock, with the dominant eye in such a position as to see the whole bead yet none of length of the barrel.

Proper fit is why almost every shotgun manufacturer now ships their guns with shims, so the shooter can get the stock close, without paying for a Browning Citori adjustable stock.

If you are in one of the states that have shot gun only for deer hunting , that stock will be very welcome .

I have what is called a  designated slug gun ( DSG ) for deer hunting , mine has a Hastings rifled bbl. with integral scope mount & I pratice some times @ 200 yrds, just to see what my sabot 12ga. ammo will do .

You will be surprised at the out come with the right sabot slug ammo at longer ranges . Of course mostly where I hunt in Ohio , you will not shoot close to that range , but it shows what a DSG is capable of .

2010 season I shot a buck & dropped him @ 158 yrds. You won't do that with a smooth bore , but the rifled bbl's. will just amaze you .

That stock is right up my ally & hope it will be out for this year ,because I will fit one to my 870 mag that is the base for my DSG..

Have to agree with you guys on the cheek weld. I don't own an 870, and don't know if the new Magpul stock would give me the proper cheek weld, but I've got a Saiga with a CTR stock, and when I added the tallest riser that Magpul makes for it (3/4" I think) it made a BIG difference on how quick I could acquire my targets using a red dot. I was faster and more accurate.

Ugh, I wasn't really talking about that (hunting or extreme accuracy).  Sorry for the misunderstanding.  To me, a shotgun is for under 100yrds. And as a defensive or offensive weapon, I would think one would want to have 00 buck.  Or an alternating mix of 00 Buck/Slug.  I've never carried a shotgun (in the service).  But I did read one article where a VN Vet claimed to have carried such a mixed load on point during patrols.  And that's where I garnered that opinion.  More of an "area target" weapon.  Whereas a rifle is a "point target" weapon.

I should have been more clear in my statement.
