Just got my wife the iPhone 4 and have not tried it yet. I just got me a iPod Touch and will be tying it soon. If I can get on here it would be great as I like to confirm parts and info when I am out and about.

With a HTC Thunderbolt, but the buttons are to small to do some things.  I can navigate some and could post if I could get to this point.

That's a perfectly valid reason, communications companies don't sell phones by telling you how insecure they are. I don't buy/sell on my phone either.

I have a few  times ...check stuff out then purchase at home is preference. Droid is big enough that it's not to bad to use as mini pc...do all my posts with it..the spell check is a pain though, it changes words that it doesn't recognize. Sometimes i don't catch them.

I am browsing with my wife's Xoom right now.

AR15.com has a search widget for android - pretty cool, if you're an arfcommer.

Maybe I'll start looking into developing for android.

It would probably be best to plan for much future use of portable devices.  In the last few days there was a discussion in the financial forums and blogs that persons with both desktops and portable devices are beginning to wonder why they have desktops.  Or at least why personal desktops.  Quoted responses ran from  - -almost never use my desktop anymore--  down to  --about 1/3 is still on desktop.--
