Aero Precision M5 308 AR Stripped Lower Receiver
Aero Precision M5 Stripped Lower Receiver APAR308003C
The Aero Precision M5 Stripped Lower is my go-to lower when folks ask for recommendations as well as for my builds. I like Aero Precision as a company, and their hardware is top-notch. The Aero .308 stripped lowers are about as vanilla as you can get, and to me, that’s a good thing. The lowers are DPMS platform and work best with Magpul 308 AR magazines. The only potential “gotcha” with the Aero M5 lowers is they require the Aero Precision M5 Extended Magazine Catch Button SKU# APRH101268C , which is about $5. For the life of me, I don’t understand why they aren’t included with the lowers.
